WhatsApp Reminders for Calendly
Callendar enables automated WhatsApp reminders for your Calendly meetings. Improve attendance and reduce no-shows by connecting your Calendly events to WhatsApp with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Connect Your Calendly Account
To begin using WhatsApp reminders, you need to connect your Calendly account with Callendar. This allows us to receive your upcoming events and send timely reminders to your clients via WhatsApp.
To get started, simply sign up at callendar.co/calendly by entering your WhatsApp phone number. That’s the only requirement to create your account. After that, you'll be redirected to the Calendly & Callendar integration page automatically.
💡 To activate WhatsApp reminders for your Calendly events using Callendar, you must be an Admin in Calendly and have a Standard, Teams, Professional, or Enterprise plan.
Step 2: Ask for the WhatsApp Number in Your Calendly Form
To send WhatsApp reminders, you’ll need the invitee’s phone number. Edit your Calendly event and add a new question asking for their WhatsApp number.
You can make this question optional or required, depending on your needs. If it's left blank by the invitee, no WhatsApp reminder will be sent.
